Trainer for Smart Building and BIM Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Offer a thorough overview of BIM principles, terminology, and applications throughout the entire building lifecycle

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including practical case studies and collaborative group work

• Clarify Levels of Development (LOD), data quality standards, and information flows

• Create and develop course-related learning materials in alignment with the curriculum

• Conduct competency evaluations

• Assist participants in skill development and professional integration

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a related field

• Strong practical experience and methodological proficiency in BIM

• Familiarity with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various lifecycle phases

• Outstanding communication skills

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies

• Teaching qualification (AEVO)

• Strong methodological and instructional skills in delivering educational content

• Independent and organized work style, accompanied by a high degree of personal accountability

• Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
