This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Achieve mastery of the platform's essential user experience and Collaborative Learning approach.
• Become a subject matter expert on the platform from both user and administrator viewpoints, obtaining certification in the methodology.
• Observe current Stadium webinars and Academy processes.
• Facilitate Stadium webinars while receiving constructive feedback from peers.
• Identify and implement updates for the Engagement Academy that align with product releases.
• Collaborate with a coach to establish quarterly priorities in relation to the Support & Services roadmap.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base on Confluence.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the One-to-Many strategy, including the formats of webinars, gamification of the Academy, or content localization.
• Engage in discovery meetings with Product Managers to provide insights on client usage and adoption.
• Evaluate Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores to refine the training catalog.
• Develop processes and maintain updates in Confluence for daily team operations.
• Mentor and onboard new Trainers.
• Take ownership of a recurring team pillar, such as serving as the internal resource for complex solution training.
• Create advanced toolkits and training pathways based on effective client use cases.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure training meets client requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience as a Trainer or in a client-facing role within Customer Success/Care.
• Strong listening and teaching capabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
• A proactive mindset with a preference for a results-driven culture.
• Previous experience in the learning industry is advantageous.
• Exceptional writing skills across various styles and tones.
• Flawless spelling and grammar in German, English, and French.
