Consumer Services Group Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist Trainer II in the planning and execution of onboarding processes for new team members.

• Oversee the nesting phase of training for new hires, providing support to agents with inquiries during their initial 1–2 weeks of calls.

• Offer information and direction regarding e-learning materials and oversee remote training programs for CSG teams.

• Collaborate with Managers and Quality Assurance to create development and coaching routines.

• Deliver ongoing skill enhancement sessions for experienced agents.

• Allocate necessary phone time to help maintain service levels when new hire training classes are not underway.

• Participate in team meetings to evaluate team performance against objectives and establish improvement commitments.

• Conduct remote training via Microsoft Teams for both new and seasoned team members.

• Report on class progress regarding attendance, behavior, skillsets, and sales throughout the training and nesting phases.

• Facilitate recurrent training and new product/partner training in the absence of new hire classes.

• Support training initiatives for 1–2 CSG teams as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading training sessions in a remote learning environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in training, coaching, and developing sales or customer service teams.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience creating educational presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or similar software.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Forms.

• Strong public speaking skills and the ability to facilitate large groups remotely.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for adaptability.

• Strong understanding of sales development and best practices.

• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and new hire training requirements.

• Competency in utilizing e-learning software and learning management systems.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask as necessary.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• A quiet workspace is essential.

• Internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed.
