This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Providing subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Offering a thorough overview of BIM principles, terminology, and applications throughout the complete building lifecycle

• Incorporating practical case studies and collaborative group work

• Clarifying Levels of Detail (LOD), data quality requirements, and information flows

• Designing and preparing course-related learning materials in alignment with the curriculum

• Conducting competency assessments

• Assisting participants in skill development and professional integration

• A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a related field

• Strong practical and methodological knowledge in BIM

• Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications during various lifecycle phases

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies

• Teaching qualification (AEVO)

• Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational material

• Independent and organized working style, paired with a high degree of personal responsibility

• Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
