Trainer – Energy Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate coaching sessions to meet project goals

• Develop coaching frameworks and implement structured teaching techniques

• Create and conduct impactful coaching sessions

• Monitor and document the knowledge imparted

• Perform training needs assessments to determine the most suitable coaching methods

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German (both written and spoken) and competent in English (at least CEFR B2 level)

• Excellent self-management skills, a fast learner, and a creative mindset

• Strong analytical capabilities, teaching proficiency, and a systematic approach

• Exceptional communication skills with experience in managing relationships
