Trainer, Electricity Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Conduct coaching sessions and meet coaching goals for the electricity project.

• Develop and implement coaching sessions in a structured and organized manner.

• Assist in the professional growth of employees and enhance their job-related knowledge and skills.

• Prepare, execute, follow up on, and report the outcomes of coaching sessions.

• Create training materials.

• Perform training needs assessments to determine the most suitable coaching method.

• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager (Supervisor & ACCM).

• Participate in calls to remain informed about new developments and changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and spoken German skills along with proficient English skills (minimum B2 level).

• Strong self-management, ability to learn, and creativity.

• Adaptable and results-driven mindset.

• Excellent analytical, instructional, and systematic-methodical capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills with a solid understanding of relationship management.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and lead training sessions in a professional and strategic manner.
