Trainer, Clinical Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Travel to various practice locations, including newly acquired sites, to provide training, observe operations, and assess efficiencies.

• Conduct remote training sessions for new providers and facilitate engaging workshops.

• Monitor clinic workflows and offer actionable feedback that supports monthly reporting and organizational enhancements.

• Review provider documentation and communications to ensure compliance with best practices and quality standards.

• Design and present educational materials for new and updated workflows and best practices utilizing Mosaic's EMR.

• Identify skill deficiencies and offer targeted support to clinical personnel.

• Perform skill assessments and coaching improvement sessions.

• Collaborate with Super Users to provide coaching and peer-training assistance.

• Assist established offices through remote support and onsite guidance.

• Work alongside Quality, Risk, and Coding Educators on Value-Based Programs.

• Relay office staff concerns and inquiries to the Supervisor.

• Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and evaluate coaching requirements using metrics and reports.

• Partner with Learning & Development, Integrations, Innovation, and Clinical Systems teams.

• Develop revised coaching materials in collaboration with leadership.

• Act as a role model for clinical and clerical staff during workflow transitions.

• Troubleshoot workflow and system usage challenges during integration training.

• Compile coaching and site visit findings into status reports for leadership.

• Deliver exceptional service to internal team members and patients.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree in a relevant field is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical practice organization.

• Preferred credentials include CMA/RMA or LPN.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software is necessary.

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably Athena.

• Strong understanding of Value-Based programs, including HCC and Quality Measures.

• Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Creative problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with effective teaching methodologies and a willingness to learn new techniques.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Availability for travel up to 80% of the time.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations.

• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
