Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct and lead both in-person and virtual training sessions for staff, providers, members, and community stakeholders utilizing established curricula.

• Develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and training resources that align with learning objectives.

• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, registration, and communication with participants.

• Assess the effectiveness of training through standardized tools and participant feedback.

• Assist in coordinating learning activities for staff, providers, and community stakeholders.

• Promote objectives related to workforce and community education.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with six (6) years of experience in training provision and presentation creation; OR an Associate's degree with four (4) years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Candidates must reside in one of the following Trillium counties: Anson, Montgomery, Moore, Richmond, or Scotland.

• Ability to travel within the catchment area as needed.

• Overnight travel is mandatory.

• Preferred: A degree in a Human Services field.

• Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in Law Enforcement.

• All applicants must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
