Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trustworthy relationships with Nexstar members

• Schedule and deliver impactful training experiences

• Advocate for upcoming training sessions

• Tailor training content to meet the unique needs of members

• Lead engaging and results-oriented workshops

• Create, enhance, and update curriculum

• Cultivate expertise within the training department

• Foster and develop relationships with Nexstar member organizations

• Coordinate and promote training event opportunities

• Collaborate on content development and member requirements

• Master Nexstar’s participant-focused facilitation methodology

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in facilitation or teaching

• Background in the home service industry

• Proven experience in facilitating training for groups of over 20 participants

• Experience with multi-day training facilitation

• Background in sales training

• Strong capability to inspire and guide others in achieving their personal and professional objectives

• Excellent relationship-building skills

• Ability to self-motivate and achieve goals independently

• Capacity to develop new course content

• Comfortable in front of the camera for recording online sessions

• Confident in promoting programs, services, or events

• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time (around 31 weeks, 3 days/week)

• Capability to travel, stand for extended periods, and occasionally sit at a desk for long durations

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
