Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with management to identify and create training solutions that address business challenges.

• Engages in the development and assessment of training metrics and evaluation components.

• Conducts and facilitates both general and specialized training programs for employees and/or external clients.

• Develops instructional materials including course outlines, background information, instructional content, and training aids.

• Maintains records and collects as well as analyzes data from evaluations.

• Assesses outcomes against business objectives.

• Proposes enhancements for training programs.

• May require travel to remote locations for training delivery.

• Knowledgeable in instructional design theory and/or learning principles.

• Comprehension of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with both traditional and contemporary training methods, tools, and techniques.

• Capability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Skills in data collection and analysis.

• Competence in facilitation.

• Critical thinking skills for developing or evaluating training materials.

• Understanding of the business practices and procedures of assigned group(s).

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Self-motivated and proactive individual.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond promptly to urgent issues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• 2-5 years of training experience is necessary.

• 3-5 years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry is preferred.
