Trainee Product Manager – Maternal & Infant Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the Product Management team in the Maternal & Infant Care sector and engage in various tasks and projects.

• Conduct research, prepare, and analyze information regarding the market, customers, and competitors.

• Develop product and marketing activities.

• Compile and maintain product and customer information, ensuring it is current in relevant systems.

• Generate forecasts, reports, analyses, and compile key performance indicators.

• Participate in product launches and enhancements.

• Support customer and clinical interactions and organize information collected from these interactions.

• Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Operations.

• Gradually take on responsibility for specific tasks and projects as part of the trainee program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in nursing, healthcare, medical technology, medicine, business administration, or a related field; preferably with experience in obstetrics or neonatology (e.g., as a midwife).

• A keen interest in Maternal & Infant Care, clinical applications, and medical products.

• Enthusiasm for market, customer, and competitor analysis.

• Analytical and methodical approach to tasks.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with confidence in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to build a career in product management.

• Willingness to travel regularly as part of the job.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.
