Trainee Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage with pre-existing projects (collects)

• Develop advertising creatives guided by well-defined briefs

• Acquire skills to adapt videos for various platforms and localizations

• Collaborate with a Motion team of over 40 members and benefit from guidance and feedback from seasoned colleagues

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of motion design acquired through courses, tutorials, personal projects, or practical assignments

• Proficiency in basic tools and animation principles within After Effects

• Insight into typography, color theory, and composition basics

• English proficiency at a Pre-Intermediate level or above

• Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a responsible attitude towards tasks

• Nice to have: experience with Animation Composer, Motion Tools, CompositeBrush, and similar plugins

• Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools such as NanoBanana, Veo 3, and ElevenLabs

• Nice to have: basic knowledge of scripting and expressions
