3D Motion Graphics Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the complete production of all in-house 3D product animations.

• Develop, design, and animate top-quality motion graphics that enhance the narrative of our products.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to produce digital marketing, e-commerce, and promotional materials.

• Ensure that all animations are consistent with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.

• Supervise texturing, lighting, shading, and VFX enhancements to achieve photorealistic outcomes.

• Optimize animations for various formats, including social media, web, and advertising placements.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in 3D animation, AI-assisted tools, and motion design to enhance workflow efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in 3D motion graphics production with a robust portfolio.

• Proficient in Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Houdini, Unreal Engine, or similar software.

• In-depth knowledge of animation principles, camera techniques, lighting, and rendering processes.

• Capable of executing projects from concept through to final delivery independently.

• Experience collaborating with marketing and branding teams to create high-quality product animations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and capacity to meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with liquid simulations, particle effects, and AI-assisted animation is advantageous.

• Experience in real-time rendering for AR/VR applications and metaverse initiatives.

• Knowledge of motion capture workflows and procedural animation techniques.

• Understanding of sound design integration and color grading for final video production.
