Trainee, Lease Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist analysts in generating regular reports and analyses of client portfolios from an accounting standpoint utilizing IFRS 16 and ASC 842.

• Facilitate communication with clients and team members.

• Gather, validate, and confirm data for ongoing reporting needs.

• Compile data and aid analysts with special requests from both internal and external clients.

• Support the daily accounting processes for various clients within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or currently in your final year of study.

• Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Strong understanding of basic Excel functions and formulas, such as COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

• High attention to detail and precision.

• Eagerness to learn and grow.

• Basic knowledge of IFRS 16 is highly advantageous.
