Trainee Football Scout/Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support senior personnel in the recruitment and development of skilled football players.

• Aid in the preparation for games and tournaments.

• Oversee the logistics for player trials, meetings, and events.

• Organize travel and schedules for trials, meetings, and events.

• Cultivate recruitment and coaching methodologies.

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with fellow coaches.

• Prepare and match players for trial opportunities with professional clubs.

• Scout or coach players between the ages of 6 and 16.

• Moderate experience as a football scout or coach.

• A strong passion for football and the sports industry.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to establish and nurture relationships with players and staff.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

• Basic knowledge of the football coaching landscape.

• Ability to work with players aged 6 to 16.
