Trainee Football Scout/Coach

📋 Description

• Assist senior team members in the recruitment and development of skilled football players

• Aid in the preparation for games and tournaments

• Manage logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling

• Create recruitment and coaching methodologies

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with fellow coaches

• Prepare and match players for trial opportunities at professional clubs

• Moderate experience as a football scout or coach

• A strong passion for football and the sports industry

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with players and staff

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of the football coaching landscape

• Capability to scout or coach players aged 6 to 16
