IT Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance enterprise project management workflows, including ServiceNow, by gathering stakeholder requirements and collaborating with development teams during implementation.

• Assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of CIOO IT service delivery for the FDIC.

• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.

• Formulate recommendations that involve automation, technology integration, and policy modifications.

• Produce documentation for optimized processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

• Facilitate the implementation of enhancements and offer training and support to CIOO resources.

• Establish process-performance metrics and create monitoring frameworks.

• Develop process flow diagrams, process maps, SOPs, implementation plans, current-state analysis, future-state analysis, and stakeholder briefs.

• Set the strategic direction for enterprise process improvement, performance, and budgetary functions.

• Utilize Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional SDLC methodologies in workflow design and delivery.

• Conduct workshops and present to senior executives.

• Implement IT policy initiatives and ensure alignment of IT policy with government frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT operations, or enterprise process enhancement.

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Capability to obtain public trust clearance.

• ITIL Certification is preferred.

• Experience in supporting federal government programs is preferred.

• Familiarity with enterprise service management platforms is preferred.

• Experience in developing process training or organizational change documentation is preferred.
