Trading Specialist – Greater Tri-State Area

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through market activities and intricate securities transactions.

• Offer educational resources to empower clients in making informed financial choices.

• Provide tailored support during inbound client interactions.

• Foster trust, enhance client loyalty, and identify opportunities to link clients with additional products and services.

• Utilize knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations during client discussions.

• Deliver trading support, education, and mentorship as part of Fidelity’s Client Services team.

• Assist clients in navigating the markets to achieve their financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license is required or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area.

• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Familiarity with securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy standards while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Proficiency in guiding clients through trading and investment decisions with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative mindset for uncovering client needs and suggesting suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities.

• Skill in articulating complex investment and trading concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to transaction precision.

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of an approved branch site at the time of application.
