Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Navigate clients through market activities.

• Handle intricate securities transactions.

• Offer educational resources to empower clients in making informed financial choices.

• Provide tailored support through incoming client communications.

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Recognize opportunities to link clients with additional products and solutions.

• Clarify intricate financial-market and trading concepts during meaningful discussions with clients.

• Deliver trading support, education, and mentorship as part of Fidelity’s Client Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the ability to secure it within 90 days.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a similar field.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Insight into securities transactions involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while ensuring precise and compliant client support.

• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment decisions with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative approach to identify client needs and suggest suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities.

• Skill in articulating complex investment and trading concepts in a clear and relatable manner.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to transaction accuracy.

• Proficient problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of approved branch locations at the time of application: Richmond, Richmond South, and VA Beach.
