Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Navigate clients through market activities.

• Execute complex securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them in making informed financial choices.

• Offer tailored support through incoming client interactions.

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Discover opportunities to connect clients with additional products and solutions.

• Provide trading assistance, education, and mentorship to guide investors in the markets.

• Act as a liaison between clients and investment products, services, and financial solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area.

• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Understanding of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and confidence.

• Consultative method to identify client needs and suggest suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities, including the skill to clarify complex investment and trading concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when processing transactions and managing client requests.

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of an approved branch location at the time of application.
