📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Navigate clients through market activities.

• Execute intricate securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them in making informed financial choices.

• Offer tailored assistance during inbound client communications.

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Recognize opportunities to introduce clients to additional products and solutions.

• Clarify complex financial-market and trading concepts during meaningful conversations with clients.

• Provide trading support, education, and mentorship as a part of Fidelity's Client Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the capability to secure one within 90 days.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related sector.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry insights.

• Knowledge of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capacity to implement regulatory and policy requirements while providing precise and compliant client support.

• Ability to assist clients in making trading and investment decisions with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative mindset to identify client needs and propose suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, including the capacity to articulate complex investment and trading concepts clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy when processing transactions and addressing client requests.

• Proficient problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

• Residence must be within a 90-mile radius of an approved branch location at the time of application.
