This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through fluctuations in the market.

• Execute complex securities transactions efficiently.

• Educate clients to empower them to make informed financial choices.

• Offer personalized support during inbound client communications.

• Cultivate trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Discover opportunities to connect clients with additional products and services.

• Clarify intricate financial-market and trading concepts during client discussions.

• Provide trading assistance, education, and mentorship as part of Fidelity's Client Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius from approved branch locations: Annapolis, Bethesda, Columbia, and Towson at the time of application.

• Fidelity does not offer immigration sponsorship for this role.

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license is required or the ability to acquire one within 90 days.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a similar field is essential.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements is necessary.

• Knowledge of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals is important.

• Capability to implement regulatory and policy requirements while providing precise and compliant support to clients.

• Ability to guide clients in trading and investment decisions with integrity and confidence.

• A consultative approach to identifying client needs and proposing suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, including the skill to convey complex investment and trading concepts in a clear and relatable manner.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when processing transactions and managing client requests.

• Proficient problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
