Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries

• Guide clients through various market activities

• Execute complex securities transactions

• Offer educational resources to empower clients in making informed financial choices

• Provide tailored support during inbound client communications

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with additional products and services

• Deliver trading assistance, education, and mentorship through Fidelity’s Client Services team

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory

• Series 63 license or the ability to acquire it within 90 days

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements

• Comprehension of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while providing accurate and compliant support to clients

• Skill in guiding clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance

• Consultative mindset to identify client needs and suggest suitable offerings, support, and solutions

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities, including the capacity to articulate complex investment and trading concepts clearly

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy

• Proficient problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

• Primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of designated branch locations at the time of application
