Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through market activities and help them make informed trading and investment choices.

• Execute complex securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them in making knowledgeable financial choices.

• Offer personalized assistance through inbound client interactions.

• Build trust, enhance client loyalty, and identify opportunities to connect clients with additional products and services.

• Clarify intricate financial market and trading concepts in relatable discussions with clients.

• Provide trading assistance, education, and mentorship within Fidelity's Client Services division.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Series 7 license is required.

• A Series 63 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area.

• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry updates.

• Understanding of securities transactions, such as equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment decisions with integrity and confidence.

• A consultative approach to identifying client needs and recommending suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex investment and trading concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of the designated Orlando or The Villages branch locations upon application.

• Fidelity will not sponsor immigration.

• Subject to restrictions regarding certain criminal histories under applicable financial services laws and regulations.
