This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through market fluctuations and their trading and investment choices.

• Execute complex securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them in making well-informed financial decisions.

• Provide tailored support via incoming client communications.

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with additional products and solutions.

• Offer trading support, education, and mentorship to assist investors in navigating the markets.

• Act as a vital link between clients and investment products, services, and financial solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of the designated branch locations: Boca Raton, Coral Gables, and Ft. Lauderdale.

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the ability to acquire it within 90 days is required.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Comprehension of securities transactions, which includes equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to implement regulatory and policy standards while providing precise and compliant client assistance.

• Ability to guide clients through their trading and investment decisions with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative approach to identifying client needs and suggesting suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, including the capacity to clarify intricate investment and trading concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy when processing transactions and addressing client requests.

• Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform successfully in a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere.

• Must not need immigration sponsorship.

• Must comply with pertinent criminal-history eligibility criteria under securities and financial-services regulations.
