• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries

• Navigate clients through market trends and activities

• Execute intricate securities transactions

• Offer education to empower clients in making well-informed financial choices

• Provide tailored support via inbound client communications

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty

• Discover opportunities to connect clients with supplementary products and solutions

• Utilize expertise in financial markets, trading products, and regulatory standards during client discussions

• Offer trading assistance, educational resources, and mentorship as part of Fidelity’s Client Services division

• Series 7 license is mandatory

• Series 63 license or the ability to secure one within 90 days

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements

• Comprehension of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy standards while delivering precise and compliant support to clients

• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance

• Consultative method to identify client needs and propose suitable offerings, support, and solutions

• Outstanding communication and active listening skills, including the ability to articulate complex investment and trading concepts clearly

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy when processing transactions and managing client requests

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

• Primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of an approved branch location at the time of application
