This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and configure trade risk on a daily basis.

• Detect, investigate, and address unusual trading behaviors and client abuse incidents.

• Manage relationships with liquidity providers.

• Develop automated risk monitoring tools and dashboards utilizing Python and SQL.

• Perform reviews on client accounts flagged for suspicious activity and compile investigation summaries.

• Supervise live client positions, margin levels, and stop-out occurrences across all account categories.

• Administer and enhance MT4/MT5 group settings, which include margin rules, leverage profiles, execution guidelines, and basket margin configurations.

• Assist in the creation and documentation of risk policies and internal control measures.

• Address inquiries and support requests from management.

• Work in collaboration with Compliance, Technology, and senior risk management leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a dealing desk, risk, or back-office position at a retail or institutional FX/CFD broker.

• Practical experience with MT4 and MT5 Administrator and Manager, including group setup, symbol configurations, leverage rules, and MT reports.

• Familiarity with at least one liquidity bridge platform, such as PrimeXM, OneZero, FXCM Bridge, Gold-i, or a comparable option.

• Proven experience in identifying and investigating client abuse cases, including rebate farming, arbitrage, multi-account coordination, and NBC exploitation.

• Strong SQL capabilities and the ability to write complex queries against trade databases for investigative and reporting purposes.

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation scripts, and the development of risk-related tools.
