
Senior Program Risk Manager – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and continually enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs), risk frameworks, templates, and best practices throughout the program.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations, Cost Risk Assessments, and Schedule Risk Assessments.
• Analyze project schedules, identify critical path risks, assess schedule uncertainty, and explore opportunities for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis on significant risk events, schedule impacts, and recurring issues within the program.
• Support risk governance, risk processes, reporting, and controls across various projects on a program-wide basis.
• Monitor risk exposure and manage the remaining risk budget.
• Lead risk workshops at the commencement of construction and facilitate discussions with contractors, engineering, construction, commissioning, procurement, and project controls stakeholders.
• Maintain and consistently update project risk registers.
• Execute comprehensive project risk management across multiple projects and programs.
• Develop risk management plans and processes that align with client requirements and frameworks.
• Conduct regular risk reviews, formulate response plans, and monitor and report on project and program risk profiles.
• Track mitigation actions, designate owners, and oversee progress until resolution.
• Integrate risk management with cost and schedule management, change control, and reporting practices.
• Collaborate with program and project controls teams to eliminate redundancies and identify areas for improvement.
• Create value stream mapping to quantify pain points and devise solutions to reduce waste.
• Adhere to relevant SOX control responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Experience in project management, particularly on large-scale construction programs.
• Background in design, architecture, or civil works.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and the MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
