This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out and confirm fund transfers, settlements, and operations involving exchange accounts across centralized exchanges (CEXs) and on-chain wallets.

• Oversee wallet and multisig operations, which include signing, key custody, permissions management, and transaction verification.

• Reconcile balances, transfers, fees, and profit & loss using Excel/Sheets alongside Python-based tools.

• Conduct independent sanity checks on transaction details and report any inconsistencies or suspicious instructions prior to execution.

• Enhance and maintain operational processes and security protocols for treasury and settlement workflows.

• Work systematically under time constraints on high-stakes transactions that are often irreversible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in crypto financial operations, which can include treasury or operations roles at proprietary trading, market-making firms, or operational/finance positions within blockchain protocols; must have directly managed significant fund movements, settlements, exchange accounts, or treasury operations.

• Extensive knowledge of wallets, multisigs, hardware wallets, centralized exchanges (CEXs), block explorers, transaction verification, and signing protocols.

• Proven history of managing keys, wallets, permissions, and handling large transfers.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets.

• Working knowledge of Python.

• Excellent mental math capabilities.

• Established ability to maintain composure under pressure during critical and irreversible financial operations.

• Must be based in the United States.
