Trade CoE Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Convert complex data into actionable insights to inform supply chain decisions.

• Create automated dashboards and standardized reporting tools for global operations.

• Outline workflows and lead initiatives for supply chain process optimization and digitalization.

• Detect data discrepancies, address issues, and implement preventative measures.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure proper execution, traceability, and trade compliance.

• Contribute to system improvements and pilot programs.

• Develop training materials to facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes.

• Assist in Deckers’ digital transformation and initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience handling large datasets.

• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools; Power BI or similar preferred.

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.

• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data and process-related issues.

• Basic understanding of supply chain and trade compliance concepts preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for global teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of corporate experience in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Procurement, or a related field.
