📋 Description

• Assist in the daily oversight of the number of essays received, those pending, those nearing their deadlines, and those overdue.

• Coordinate and analyze demand, available capacity, and deadline information across various operations.

• Aid in defining and implementing strategies for distribution, prioritization, mobilization, and workforce enhancement.

• Support the planning and monitoring of capacity for the grader network.

• Help monitor graders’ productivity, availability, returns, absolute corrections, and incidents.

• Under the direction of the Pedagogical Subject-Matter Expert, assist in technical alignment meetings with graders, documenting feedback, agreed-upon actions, and deadlines for improvements.

• Aid in identifying training needs and contribute to the planning of development initiatives for the grader community.

• Assist in preparing and delivering training sessions, guides, announcements, and engagement campaigns.

• Support the analysis of complaints related to human grading submitted through the official process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, or a related area.

• Understanding of writing production and grading processes.

• Familiarity with the criteria, assessment matrices, rubrics, and descriptors utilized to evaluate essays across various genres, educational levels, and assessment tasks.

• Professional or academic experience in supporting operations or projects.

• Proficient in Excel or similar tools for managing operational controls.

• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple demands, priorities, and deadlines.
