Track & Trace Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Engage in daily communication with drivers and customers.

• Inform relevant parties about any issues that arise.

• Enter updates into the system accurately.

• Handle incoming calls from clients.

• Arrange appointments as needed.

• Stay informed about current market trends in the transportation industry.

• Execute additional tasks as required by business demands or assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English is essential.

• Capability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Background in Customer Support is a plus.

• Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Office preferred).

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
