This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage with partner travel agencies through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and digital means.

• Evaluate the profiles and requirements of agencies to identify appropriate tourism products and services.

• Create tailored quotes and proposals for clients.

• Proactively follow up on pending proposals.

• Sell airline tickets, lodging, travel packages, insurance, and additional services.

• Negotiate commercial terms within set policies and approval limits.

• Spot opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

• Monitor sales outcomes, targets, and commercial key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Make bookings and issue tickets and vouchers via distribution and reservation systems.

• Manage changes, cancellations, and refunds effectively.

• Oversee outstanding payments, contracts, and required documentation.

• Log opportunities, negotiations, and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Provide after-sales support and foster loyalty with partner agencies.

• Address operational challenges with agencies and suppliers.

• Promote marketing campaigns and commercial incentive programs.

• Analyze trends, seasonal patterns, and competition within the tourism sector.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, products, and suppliers.

• Suggest enhancements to products, processes, and customer service.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma required.

• Familiarity with the tourism market and its products, including destinations, seasonality, and industry traits.

• Experience or understanding of consultative sales, negotiation techniques, persuasive communication, and closing proposals.

• Knowledge of reservation systems and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

• Understanding of fares and fare regulations, including changes, cancellations, and refunds.

• Proficient in CRM systems and managing customer portfolios.

• Awareness of commercial policies and consumer rights within the tourism industry.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for managing discussions and overcoming objections.

• Results-driven attitude and dedication to achieving sales goals.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to resolve problems and manage operational situations.

• Emphasis on customer experience and relationship management with partner agencies.
