This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee the organization's job architecture framework, which encompasses job families, career paths, levels, standardized titles, and job profiles.
• Assess both new and existing roles to establish job family, career stream, level, title, and compensation range.
• Evaluate requests for new positions, promotions, re-leveling, and title modifications for consistency with governance standards.
• Perform periodic audits of job architecture and collaborate with HR Business Partners to address governance issues.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of salary structures and pay ranges.
• Engage in annual compensation surveys and analyze market data to suggest appropriate market matches.
• Contribute to annual compensation planning, which includes merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments.
• Monitor compensation in relation to salary ranges, market data, and internal equity, identifying instances of pay compression and exceptions.
• Execute analyses for pay equity and internal equity.
• Create compensation reports and dashboards to support Total Rewards and business decision-making.
• Aid in the administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, including enrollment audits, eligibility reviews, and open enrollment.
• Collaborate with benefit vendors and brokers to resolve issues related to enrollment, eligibility, and claims.
• Provide support for employee leave of absence programs in the US and Canada.
• Ensure the accuracy of compensation, benefits, and job architecture data within the HRIS.
• Assist with the HRIS configuration of job codes, career paths, levels, and compensation grades.
• Conduct regular data audits and rectify integrity issues.
• Develop and sustain standard and custom HRIS reports.
• Support system testing for HRIS updates and annual compensation cycles.
• Assist HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders with precise, governed job and compensation data.
• Proven experience in supporting job architecture, job evaluation, job leveling, or the development of compensation structures.
• Generally, 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS, or HR analytics fields.
• Familiarity with compensation market survey data and survey platforms to analyze positioning and recommend market matches.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with HRIS and maintenance of employee and organizational data.
• Background in supporting programs within a multi-location or geographically dispersed organization, complying with US state and Canadian provincial requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Authorization to work in the US or Canada.
• Must not require a work visa or transfer sponsorship.
• Experience in conducting pay equity or internal equity analyses is advantageous.
• Experience in benefits administration or annual open enrollment activities is beneficial.
• Familiarity with building HR or compensation reports and dashboards is a plus.
