TM/TR Solutions Engineer – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist potential Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales process from initial contact to contract finalization.

• Interact with clients through chats and calls to grasp their business context, transaction monitoring, anti-fraud needs, and compliance requirements.

• Gather, clarify, and confirm both business and technical requirements.

• Occasionally present product demonstrations showcasing use cases, capabilities, and the value of the platform.

• Aid clients during the testing and evaluation phases by elucidating system behavior, configuration options, and anticipated outcomes.

• Clarify integration methods, requirements, and workflows.

• Ensure a seamless transition to Solution Architects for the technical implementation phase.

• Serve as a reliable point of contact during the decision-making process regarding AML, fraud prevention, and transaction monitoring issues.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams.

• Provide client feedback and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the solution and pre-sales processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of AML and financial crime prevention principles.

• Knowledge of transaction monitoring, crypto compliance, Travel Rule requirements, behavioral risk indicators, and anti-fraud strategies.

• Ability to discuss compliance and fraud issues in a practical, business-focused manner.

• Comfort in engaging in technical discussions during the pre-sales process.

• Capability to review APIs and assist in testing and evaluation phases.

• Ability to work collaboratively with client technical teams prior to implementation handover.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Skill in explaining technical and regulatory subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficient in gathering, validating, and documenting business and technical requirements using a standardized template.

• Confidence in managing multiple prospects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

• A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach focused on scalability, efficiency, and advancing opportunities toward closure.
