This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee project management for customer-centric initiatives, primarily focusing on onboarding new Navanta CRM clients, upgrading on-premise clients, and managing change request activities.
• Organize projects to guarantee timely completion, adherence to budget, and alignment with project scope.
• Establish deadlines, delegate tasks, track progress, and compile project status reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Align project goals with organizational strategies and clarify objectives for team members.
• Efficiently and effectively identify and manage necessary resources.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular and clear project updates to all relevant parties.
• Ensure that project management outputs comply with the evolving standards of the PMO.
• Monitor and assess project performance to secure the successful achievement of both short- and long-term objectives.
• Implement and oversee change-control processes when required.
• Conduct evaluations after project completion to identify lessons learned and areas needing improvement.
• Operate under the guidance of the Senior Director of Product Delivery - CES and collaborate with team members throughout the organization.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Experience in the financial sector or a technology-driven environment is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of project management practices, deliverables, and technologies.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and programs concurrently.
• Basic understanding of core banking principles and banking application ecosystems.
• Fundamental knowledge of CRM principles and the capacity to quickly learn the CRM solution.
• Experience in managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, verbal, written communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Aptitude for meeting deadlines and effectively managing time.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for internal company events.
• Capacity to sit, use hands, talk, hear, stand, walk, and occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds.
• Occasional travel for internal company events.
