Title Examiner II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver nationwide title services

• Facilitate real estate transactions by conducting public record searches and reviewing property titles

• Assess the legal status and insurability of property titles

• Gather, investigate, and analyze public and tax records to identify potential liabilities

• Create precise and thorough title commitments in accordance with company protocols

• Adhere to established procedures and guidelines

• Coordinate with your team and related teams to ensure clarity of assigned responsibilities

• Identify and address routine issues using predefined solutions

• Convey moderately complex information in standard situations within the team

• Oversee your own workload with general supervision

• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Generally requires 2+ years of relevant work experience

• Capability to compile, investigate, and review public and tax records

• Proficiency in identifying liabilities, assessing the legal status of titles, and evaluating property insurability

• Skill in preparing accurate and detailed title commitments

• Ability to comply with company examining and policy procedures

• Competence in identifying and resolving routine problems using established methods

• Ability to effectively communicate moderately complex information in standard scenarios

• Ability to work under general supervision while managing your own workload

• No supervisory duties involved
