Title Auditor I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits on incoming transactions for both in-state and out-of-state deals.

• Review documentation against DMV guidelines, ensuring notifications are sent to customers and the DMV in accordance with company protocols.

• Provide assistance to team members regarding the processing of registration and title documents.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to inform them of discrepancies, missing paperwork, and deadlines.

• Carefully examine all documents electronically submitted by the secondary business partner.

• Operate independently while adhering to established audit timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

• Preferred strong knowledge of registration and title protocols in line with State regulations.

• Proven expertise in processing dealer title work, including for new and used vehicles, salvage vehicles, and imported vehicles.

• Familiarity with the Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR) program (efiling) is beneficial.

• Outstanding communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred understanding of DMV and state regulations related to registration processing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

• Exceptional time management abilities are a must.

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills are necessary.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are important.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
