This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution of global time and absence initiatives.
• Establish program objectives and success metrics that focus on accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
• Act as the subject matter expert in areas such as time tracking, leave of absence, and absence management practices.
• Consistently assess and enhance programs to boost efficiency and improve employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal teams to design and administer leave policies.
• Engage with regional stakeholders to align global standards with local needs.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and IT to refine time and absence modules within Workday.
• Partner with Payroll to guarantee accurate data flow among time/absence, payroll, and HR systems.
• Ensure compliance of programs with global, regional, and local labor laws and leave regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, statutory leave entitlements, and working time directives.
• Monitor changes in regulations and adjust policies, processes, and configurations as necessary.
• Convert regulatory requirements into system and program design specifications.
• Create training and enablement materials, documentation, and communications for program implementations and enhancements.
• Lead change management efforts for new system implementations and policy revisions.
• Provide guidance and support to HR teams, managers, and employees.
• Collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in program/project management, including 5+ years specifically in time and absence management.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Time & Absence modules.
• Comprehensive understanding of global time management and leave laws, as well as compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex programs.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage time and absence programs across various global regions.
