Senior Program Manager – Enterprise PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Recognize and implement best practices in enterprise program management.

• Create methods and procedures that support Hotwire Communication’s enterprise operations.

• Organize and schedule projects, manage budgets, track outcomes, and deliver reports and oversight.

• Collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects.

• Define the project scope and objectives alongside relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and oversee progress.

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Identify processes and reports that can be automated, simplified, eliminated, integrated, or standardized.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and costs through appropriate verification techniques.

• Handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

• Propel comprehensive process improvements and efficiencies across cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with construction and operations teams to deliver essential metrics.

• Conduct data analysis and risk management.

• Prepare and deliver project status updates to upper management.

• Provide project coordination for the Service Delivery organization, including local OSP and ISP teams.

• Organize meetings, deadlines, requirements, and deliverables with departments and vendors.

• Implement Organizational Change Management strategies to eliminate obstacles and carry out project plans.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management.

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience.

• Proven ability to engage, interact, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.

• Experience in driving process improvements within diverse teams.

• Proficient in reporting, analysis, and ROI evaluation.

• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Familiarity with cable and telecommunications products and services.

• Knowledge of cable billing and dispatch systems, as well as Salesforce.com.

• Understanding of Hotwire’s “White Glove” culture and company values.

• Strong project management capabilities and familiarity with project management tools.

• Solid understanding of contract language and related agreements.

• Insight into the operations of field organizations.
