Threat Intelligence Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Vertex Synapse production instance, ensuring platform health, backend operations, cron monitoring, and data hygiene.

• Develop and sustain intelligence feed integrations, enrichments, and tagging.

• Deliver intelligence into detections, blocklists, data warehouses, agent workflows, and various downstream controls and data pipelines.

• Collaborate with Security and Product teams to convert intelligence requirements into operational capabilities.

• Design and implement features, fixes, and tools for Intelligence Analysts and stakeholders.

• Gather, model, and operationalize intelligence regarding cyber threats targeting the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in building and managing threat intelligence platforms or security data pipelines in production settings.

• Proficiency in software development using Python, Go, and/or Storm.

• Experience in deploying production-quality code with CI/CD ownership post-release.

• Skilled in ingesting, modeling, tagging, and managing indicators and associated intelligence data at scale.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and restore production systems and data quality issues, while driving root-cause fixes to prevent future occurrences.

• Experience in translating cross-functional stakeholder requirements into technical solutions within a security operations framework.

• Responsible usage of generative AI with appropriate human oversight.
