Platform Engineering Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop functional product capabilities across Vector's experience, platform, data, and intelligence layers.

• Convert genuine enterprise use cases into distinct user experiences, dependable services, accessible data, and assessed AI capabilities.

• Formulate test cases, assess outcomes, analyze failures and edge cases, and enhance quality, reliability, and performance.

• Utilize Git, create documentation and tests, troubleshoot issues, engage in code reviews, and build sustainable software.

• Contribute to Frontend & Experience, Platform, API & Data, and AI & Intelligence engineering tracks.

• Collaborate with the broader product and engineering team on Vector, ProArch's AI-native enterprise platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, Java, or a comparable language.

• Fundamental understanding of programming basics, problem-solving, and software development.

• Familiarity with at least one relevant field: frontend development, REST APIs, SQL/data, or AI/ML concepts.

• Basic knowledge of Git and eagerness to write, test, debug, and enhance code.

• Interest in AI-native products, cloud platforms, enterprise software, and contemporary application development.

• Strong analytical skills, curiosity, ownership, communication, and a willingness to experiment and learn.

• Comfortable with rapid learning, asking questions, experimenting, collaborating across engineering domains, and taking responsibility for tasks.

• Nice to have: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Azure, Microsoft Graph, Cosmos DB, Microsoft Fabric, Spark, OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks, vector databases, charting libraries, or Microsoft Teams development.
