Senior SharePoint and Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain enterprise solutions utilizing SharePoint Online and Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven).

• Create and automate business workflows using Power Automate (flows), facilitating integration between various systems and data sources.

• Design low-code applications emphasizing usability, performance, and scalability.

• Manage SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and site architecture.

• Integrate solutions with Dataverse, APIs, databases, and external services.

• Support the definition of solution architecture within the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem.

• Provide assistance and continually improve existing applications.

• Collaborate closely with business teams to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in governance, information security, and compliance, including Brazil’s LGPD data protection regulations.

• Document solutions and encourage the sharing of technical expertise across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SharePoint Online (including sites, permissions, lists, and libraries).

• Practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven).

• Understanding of Power Automate (flows).

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Dataverse.

• Experience in data modeling and business logic.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing SharePoint.

• Knowledge of governance and access management within the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Experience with version control and development best practices.

• Completed or currently pursuing higher education in a field related to IT.

• Experience with Power Platform.

• Understanding of Brazil’s LGPD data protection law and data governance.

• Possession of Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400.

• Experience in complex, regulated corporate settings, such as financial services or insurance.

• Experience in integrating Power BI with Power Platform.
