Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and priorities.

• Define what should be developed and the rationale behind it.

• Create and maintain a prioritized development backlog.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and document both current and future workflows.

• Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to gather feedback and revise priorities accordingly.

• Design, develop, and sustain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.

• Construct and enhance Power Automate cloud flows, desktop/RPA automation, and business process flows.

• Create Power BI datasets, reports, dashboards, data models, DAX measures, and row-level security.

• Design and oversee Dataverse solutions, encompassing tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.

• Develop Power Pages portals and integrate solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, ERP platforms, and CSV-based integrations.

• Integrate AI into Power Platform solutions utilizing Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Copilot functionalities.

• Leverage AI development tools to expedite delivery, troubleshoot issues, prototype concepts, and enhance solution quality.

• Remain updated on Microsoft AI capabilities and identify practical applications for business.

• Implement Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and DLP security and governance best practices.

• Support development, testing, and production environments.

• Document solutions, provide user training, and assist with deployments.

• Resolve issues and continuously enhance applications and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Proficiency in both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

• Practical knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.

• Experience working with Dataverse or the Common Data Service.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Familiarity with connectors, custom connectors, and REST/OData APIs.

• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage a backlog, and prioritize competing demands.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to non-technical stakeholders confidently.

• A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, with hands-on experience using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Must be located in the Philippines and available for work from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday.

• Nice to Have: Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI-enabled Power Platform solutions, Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600, SQL Server, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, C#/.NET, ERP integrations, experience in construction/manufacturing/distribution environments, Business Analyst or Product Owner experience, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-assisted development tools.
