This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Identify, nurture, and sustain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Design and implement Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement strategies to influence sentiment and cultivate brand Advocates and Champions.
• Oversee speaker bureau operations, including speaker training, compliance, and management of product theater speakers.
• Organize and carry out brand KOL activities and meetings at prominent conferences.
• Manage or provide guidance on regional sponsorship budgets, encompassing recommendations, acquisition, and execution.
• Coordinate conference and speaker contracting along with training requirements in collaboration with agency vendors.
• Collaborate with HCP Marketing to formulate advisory board strategies, content, and recommendations, and participate in advisory board meetings.
• Plan and implement KOL engagements and executive interactions during field activities and conferences.
• Work compliantly with the field commercial team on KOLs and the implementation of promotional programs.
• Act as the main organizational contact for KOLs and partner with the field sales team.
• Share insights from KOLs with marketing and senior leadership.
• Provide targeted insights and feedback to the commercial leadership team.
• Identify, develop, and assess KOL advocacy aligned with key brand messages.
• Enhance understanding of the market and disease states to pinpoint opportunities that maximize brand and enterprise impact.
• Formulate and implement strategic initiatives and educational programs within the region.
• Support engagement and mapping strategies of spheres of influence.
• Prepare the market for Galderma’s specialty biologic product with multiple indications.
• Propel engagement strategies with national thought leaders and fortify strategic partnerships.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in field sales leadership, TLL, product marketing, or medical/clinical field-based roles within the same or related therapeutic area.
• Background in dermatology or immunology biologic therapeutics is preferred.
• Experience with product launches is advantageous.
• Cross-functional experience is necessary.
• Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proactive approach.
• Capability to translate data into actionable insights or strategies and manage based on key performance metrics.
• Proficiency in functioning effectively and promptly within a global matrix organization.
• Ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and persistence.
• Quick pivoting capability when necessary.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel over 60%, potentially less depending on geographic location.
• Availability to attend meetings, training sessions, and programs as required.
• Ability to operate within label, regulatory, and legal compliance frameworks.
• Must have eligibility to work in the United States.
