Third-Party Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative and practical assistance to patients involved in the third-party program.

• Prepare patients for treatment by offering information about each clinical aspect of the treatment cycle as directed by the physician.

• Act as the primary liaison for intended parents, ovum donors, and gestational carriers from the initial consultation through the commencement of treatment.

• Offer insights on IVF, donor cycles, gestational carriers, and various other third-party reproductive options.

• Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and clinic protocols.

• Review patient records, coordinate necessary testing, and monitor pre-cycle requirements.

• Assist with consents, documentation, and communication with external agencies.

• Support external physicians utilizing the clinic’s services.

• Collaborate with physicians, the care team, clinical department, other departments, and staff members.

• Take part in staff meetings, professional development activities, and marketing initiatives.

• Cross-train and provide coverage as necessary.

• Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of practice.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of work experience in healthcare is preferred.

• At least one year of experience as a Third Party Coordinator is strongly preferred.

• Previous experience in IVF is preferred.
