Therapy Development Manager – Aortic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to uncover growth opportunities.

• Discover and cultivate growth prospects across various therapies, segments, and markets.

• Develop and implement market development strategies and initiatives that align with both regional and global objectives.

• Oversee the planning and execution of Digital Solutions projects throughout Western Europe.

• Collaborate with regional and global partners to promote adoption, implementation, and business impact.

• Direct product launch planning and readiness activities specific to Western Europe.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams to guarantee cohesive and successful launch execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing, commercial roles, business development, or similar fields.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional initiatives, convert strategy into action, and influence stakeholders within a matrix organization.

• Strong analytical abilities and a knack for using data to inform decision-making.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and persuasive skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• Preferred experience in the medical device or healthcare sectors.

• Aortic or vascular expertise is a plus.

• Highly valued experience in creating new markets and launching products.

• Capacity to swiftly adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
