This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist members experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and occasionally substance use disorders.

• Ensure clear and timely clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system.

• Coordinate care as necessary and foster a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate; LPC Associates must live in Oregon.

• Applicants residing outside Oregon must also possess an active, unrestricted license in their state of residence.

• All licenses will be verified through the relevant State Licensing Board.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

• Availability of a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and dependable internet connection.
