📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and possibly substance use disorders.

• Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation within the EMR system.

• Coordinate care when necessary and foster a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active and verifiable Illinois LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license, along with a license from the state of residence if not based in Illinois.

• All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Exceptional communication and clinical skills, employing a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment with professionalism and integrity.
