This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the HIV medical strategy across various countries within the cluster.

• Establish and sustain reliable scientific collaborations with healthcare professionals and external experts.

• Create and convert medical insights into strategies that enhance patient outcomes and align with medical priorities.

• Spearhead scientific engagement initiatives, such as advisory boards and medical education programs.

• Assist in patient access and reimbursement efforts through scientific and medical expertise.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at local, regional, and global levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or a comparable Life Sciences degree.

• Extensive experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

• Multiple years of experience as a Medical Advisor.

• Experience working in intricate, multi-country or regional settings.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities coupled with the capacity to execute independently.

• Demonstrated aptitude for building scientific relationships and influencing a range of stakeholders.

• Proficient in English.

• Expertise in Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs.

• Knowledge in Project Management.

• Skills in Scientific Communications.

• Experience with Scientific Reviews.

• Competence in Strategic Planning.

• Strong capabilities in Strategic Thinking.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
